Return Policies:

Please note, our in-store policy is different than our online policy.

All returned merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact, accompanied with an original sales receipt. Madeleine George has the right to reject any returns that do not meet these specifications. 

For both in-store and online purchases, all sale items are FINAL SALE.

In-Store Purchases: 

We offer refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase on regular price merchandise.

Online Purchases:

We offer a full refund on regular price merchandise. Returns must be received in store within 14 days of receiving your shipped order. 

For online orders who have selected pick-up in-store, returns are not accepted after 14 days of purchase.

If you would like to return your online purchase, please return in-store or ship item(s) back to us at your earliest convenience, ensuring it is returned within our return policy window. We have the right to reject any returns that arrive outside of the 14 day return policy.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is advised. Please mark your return shipment as a "return item".  Madeleine George cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
