Shai D’or

Pittsburgh native, Julie Farber, has been teaching students how to make jewelry for years.  Twenty-five years to be precise, as a jewelry teacher at Pittsburgh’s Taylor Allderdice High School.  Although she recently retired from this position, she still had a strong desire to design and create jewelry, and thus created her new business Shai D’or, which translates to “gift of gold”.   Shai D’or makes beautiful, custom, initial 14-carat gold stud earrings.  Stop by MG to check them out, and if we don’t have your initials in stock, Julie will make exactly what you want.
