Safe and Effective Sunscreen

It’s sunscreen time and we find ourselves here, yet again - trying to do all the right things, but realizing that not all the “things” we do are actually right! You probably have heard how our skin is our largest organ. So, not only is it important to protect it from the sun, but we also have to be mindful about what it’s absorbing because everything we put on our skin goes directly into our bloodstream.

Here are our top picks for safe and effective sunscreen. For the face, we like UnSun Mineral Tinted Face sunscreen. It comes in two shades: very light/light & medium/dark.
